Return Required

You are able to select either Standard, Express or type in a custom date and you will be charged accordingly. If nothing is selected the default will be standard.

Please note that Standard and Express options are based on working days, this does not include public holidays. We suggest keeping this in mind when placing an order around public holidays. 

Standard

This is our most common selection. Free of charge, the standard option is a seven working day manufacture turn-over. If booking a two-week appointment from your order date, the orthotics will arrive a day or two beforehand.

Express

If you require your orthotics back within a week, the express option is a three working day manufacture. Please check your current price-list for the express charge.

Required Date

When you require the orthotic back by a certain date, we suggest using Return Required. We will dispatch the orthotic a day before your selected date, your invoice will state the number of days that were selected and will be charged accordingly. We are unable to alter the arrival times of your parcels, we suggest if you require them for a morning appointment to select that the orthotic to arrive the day before. Please check your current price-list for the charges.

Please note that when using Required Date, you are still able to select Standard and Express. We suggest not to use both of these options as we will be selecting the earliest dispatch date to avoid disappointment.

While we will endeavour to meet your needs, we do not offer a money back guarantee on delivery dates, due to many factors outside of our control.

Post to Patient

Orthotech provides a direct post-to-patient service when necessary. However, we strongly advise against sending orthotics directly to patients. For optimal outcomes, we recommend that the prescribing podiatrist personally fits the orthotics before the patient takes them home.
